Going to school, getting up for work, chores, and paying the bills. These are daily tasks that we all have to deal with. Or as most call this, reality. Reality is that feeling that no matter how hard you try; you are going to fail. Fantasizing about extraordinary worlds seems like a distant dream. Reality can be harsh and unforgiving, yet within its challenges emerges a force more profound and uplifting: Fantasy. While some may dismiss fantasy as inconsequential, those of us immersed in The Festival of the Nexus Gate understand otherwise. Fantasy is an escape, a psychological necessity divergent from reality. It encompasses knights in shining armor, magic wielders saving kingdoms, crazed scientists plotting world-altering schemes, superheroes, magical girls, and the ability to soar-anything our imagination can conjure and so much more. This understanding forms the core of The Festival of the Nexus Gate. Yet, within these realms, we acknowledge something deeper-a Nexus of Worlds, where the boundaries between reality and fantasy blur into a synergy greater than the sum of its parts. As you delve deeper into these tales, a singular truth will emerge: reality was never meant to be set in stone...

Just a poem about books. Give it a read. This is my first attempt at poetry.

"Space Space" In these short stories you will follow 3 best friends who are newly certified "Special C Class Fighters" that are nerding out on their vacation. They quickly learn when vacationing in the vastness of space, there's always a little room for overtime. A Sci Fi space comedy. These stories are filled with bravery, friendship, and fandom. Stories that should be funny and make ya say "damn that was pretty epic". But its core will demonstrate, how you can be a goofball and still save the day.

This is basically for all of the book lovers out there who are constantly looking for something new to read.

You must be quite noisy looking for a sneak peak into Anne White's life. Well, let me tell you that there is nothing interesting at all. She is the typical introvert, bookworm, has a few but very trustworthy friends and doesn't like going out much. But do not underestimate her. She is a very loyal friend who is strong-minded and brave if her heart is set on something. But at the end of the day I guess you can say her life WAS boring. It was boring until Aron came into her life. From that moment on her life became something worth talking about out.

Mona Mitchells was way smarter than the average person. With her mastery level vocab and intellect. An honors and straight A student, more tech savvy than her teachers, able to read college level articles, and syfy loving geek. Moreover probably the smartest student in her school, she would probably be living a great life. But that's far from the truth and no one knows that's who she really is since she's invisible. Watch her life change in this book.

DISCLAIMER (01/11/2022): This was written almost exactly one year ago, and plenty of things have changed since. Let me know if there's anything wrong with my poem. (Constructive criticism, please!) I'm a con-goer. I've been attending cons since 2015, but it was not until sometime after I graduated high school when I started attending pop culture conventions more freely. At one point, I even managed to attend 7 cons within a year. Of course, however, the pandemic made things harder for everyone. As a result, I've only attended one convention since March 2020. And don't get me wrong. That's fine! I'm not mad about it.

Not every nerd is a good girl. Not every bad boy has a tragic past.
