Abigail pushed up her glasses and held out her ruler. "Welcome all to our kingdom where we fight off the trolls and hideous looking monsters on a dangerous battle ground to save our lives. A job only three of the bravest can do" Abby said proudly as she sound her ruler around as if it were a sword. Cameron laughed as Luis shook his head. "More like here is three nerds surviving high school full of idiot jocks and makeup covered girls, while they do the beating and we do the running" Luis said quietly. "Lighten up Luis you know what they say nerds rule the world so therefore we rule the world" Cameron said as he pulled out his ruler and had a battle to the death with Abby. Luis chuckled at their childish actions. "You do know that's a ruler right" Luis said with a smile. " No, it's a sword " Abby said while pointing the ruler at Luis and using the ruler to push his glasses closer to his face " say it's a sword or I will have to stab you like I stabbed Cameron". Luis put his hands up in surrender "alright, alright, you win, it's a sword" "Victory " she put her ruler up in the air in victory. She spun the ruler in her hand, then put it away. He looked at Cameron sitting at a desk with a look of defeat on his face. "You lost?!" Luis shot him a look. "In my defense, I was tricked, I would have won. I demand a rematch!" Cameron shot back. Luis shook his head in shame "whatever you say Cameron". The loud bell rung as they gathered stuff. Sighing in unison, all three stood at the door with their backpacks on. They glanced at each other as all three high-fived at the same time. "Don't worry, I believe we can survive high school as long as we stick together " Abigail said. "I hope you're right Abi" Luis said with a slight smile. "Well, good luck" Cameron said in. They look at each other once more and smiled, then walked out the door to their different classes.
