Based on the Netflix Film and Book, Mudbound. Jamie McAllan marries young Elizabeth Strong, after knowing each other for less than a year, before he ships out to fight in World War Two. Since the two hadn't the time to get settled before Jamie left, Elizabeth moved in with Jamie's brother, Herny, his wife, Laura, their two girls, and his father until he got back. After moving in with the McAllan's, the family moves to a small farmhouse, where they work and run the land. Something neither woman thought they would be doing with their lives. I do not own the main story of Mudbound, or the characters from the movie. I do own Elizabeth Strong and the story between her and Jamie McAllen. This is based on the Netflix movie The Kissing Booth. I'm using the basic storyline to the movie but with a few changes and twists here and there to fit my plot. I don't own the characters in this story. (Y/n) and Lee are best friends, they do everything together and Lee is rather protective and feels it is his job to keep her safe. That includes warning his brother Noah to stay away from (Y/n) to try and keep her from getting hurt. ... "What do you mean she's not well?" Noah leaned his head forward, stooping down to be more of his brother's height as his eyes narrowed. Of course Noah knew more than what everyone else at school did. Their families were so close that secrets were known and shared that the rest of the school and the world would never find out. Noah knew that (Y/n)'s mother passed away when she was thirteen and then her older brother passed away last year and he knew how Andrew died just like everyone else at school did. But Lee and Noah were the only people in the whole school to know that (Y/n) was the one who found her brother when he died. They knew she went to therapy for that and they knew it affected her very badly, everyone else was simply under the impression Andrew passed away and (Y/n) had taken it badly. But Noah didn't know if Lee was referring to that or not because he knew (Y/n) had been getting back on track and she was determined to hold her head high and not be pittied or looked at when they were at school. So why was she unwell? "Lee, what's wrong with (Y/n)?" A dangerous look seemed to pool in Noah's electric blue eyes that were darker than Lee had ever seen them. He wanted to know what Lee knew because it seemed important and he wanted to know if something serious was wrong with (Y/n) because he cared. Noah couldn't tell his brother just how much he cared for (Y/n) but he could pretend it was in a brotherly sense. After all, he knew Andrew and he wanted to look out for (Y/n) just as Andrew had done.

This is my version of all the boys i've loved before. Im writing these letters for #ToAllTheBoysContest initially, mostly I need to get these heartbreaks off my chest before I suffocate from them anymore than I already have.
