Lys is miserable. Her life has been in the trenches since the day of her mothers funeral when she was fifteen. That day, she was kidnapped and kept in silence in a basment with other girls just like herself. A year passed and she is ready to escape, or to die trying. She makes it out alive, but what will she do next. She cant go to the police; they would send her back to live with her father, who was abusive. And her brother is out of the question at only fifteen years old. What's left for her?

**UNEDITED** Netta's gotten out of the City alive. Barely. But it's far from over; with the City reeking revenge and the regret of her actions finally registering, Netta doesn't yet know if she's strong enough to overcome it yet.

**EDITING** Set in the far off future, Netta is a teenage girl evicted from the City. Now she lives in the outskirts- or the wasteland; where the City's rubbish goes. But surviving in the barren wasteland isn't the biggest of her worries. When everything she's known and loved comes crashing down around her, she has to fight for it.
