ANGELINA LUNA's father is odd, peculiar some might say. He always wakes up at the same early time of 5:03 am with no exceptions. He buttons his shirt up to the top button and ties the same red striped tie around his neck. He works at his mundane office job from 6:07 am to 8:21 pm and returns home precisely 42 minutes later. Everything has to be exact, down to a T. And everything is. Until Angelina's brother dies suddenly of cardiac arrest, leaving her family in shambles. DANTE PALAZO has the perfect family life with his mamma Alice and papà Giuseppe. His mamma and papà are as in love as ever, their finances are stable, and everyone enjoys each other's presence. Until he has the misfortune of meeting Frank Luna, which flips his life upside down. FRANK LUNA wants his son back, not having an even number of children is wrong. He knows how he will make it better, for him and his daughter. He'll find a new son and all will be well. Or so he thinks.

After three very long years, Jason McCann is finally released out of prison, and the asylum. The two places he so much hated, yet loved at the same time. With him having good behavior, the warden granted him a lower sentence. Being in confinement has changed his outlook on many things in the world. He's given a second chance in life to start over. To be the better boyfriend, maybe even husband. And a father to his two growing children. As well, as adjusting to his so called freedom. Freedom of not running, or hiding out anymore. Though what happens when the hostility from others becomes too much to bare? Will they continue to ignore it? Or will they realize that they are too incompatible to be friends any longer? Their friendship will be put to the ultimate test, and their lives will hold all of what storm is to come when family secrets begin to spill over into their lives.
