Brooke wants to just keep going how she has been living, she has a job that she does easily and enjoys doing it. There are many things in her life that she would love to get rid of but she can't, and she knows that. She knows her past effects everything, so she doesn't try and fix it. She keeps her hard shell on the outside and does not let people in. When her past comes back to hit her even harder like a tsunami then it has ever came before like the small waves crashing Brooke might not be able to take it, especially when the boy she is tutoring decides to start getting in the middle of it all, and ends up making her want to fix him. Stephan is the one boy that has decided to help Brooke with her past. She tells him "the past in in the past" but he decides that isn't good enough because he is holding in his own secrets about the past. When they both decide to save each other how will they defeat the demons with all of their past damage put together.
