Um ok...gavin got arrested late last year and I am not the only one that misses him sos i thought i would write a story about it for his sister lauren but i kinda like it so imma make it on here

This book is about my brother Pheonix and the life he lived. He past away on the 15th of April 2016 at around 7:30pm on a Friday night.

This is my truth-the story of loss, trauma, and survival. Growing up, I experienced pain no child should ever endure. I watched my family struggle, saw my father's absence leave a lasting imprint, and endured moments that shaped me into someone fiercely aware and resilient. Losing my brother, feeling disconnected from my father, watching my mother struggle-it all left marks that I continue to process every day. I've learned that survival is not just about enduring-it's about understanding yourself, embracing your pain, and transforming it into something that can inspire and help others. Every tear, every heartbreak, every moment of feeling invisible has contributed to my growth. I've learned to hold my light even when the world around me seemed dim. I've learned that my voice, my story, and my presence have power. This journey is not just mine-it's for anyone who has felt unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed by life. It's for those who are learning to navigate grief, trauma, and uncertainty while still holding onto hope. Even when life feels heavy, even when loss feels permanent, there is a way forward. Through reflection, honesty, and courage, we can honor the past while creating a path toward healing, growth, and purpose. I share this not to ask for sympathy, but to remind anyone reading this that their story matters. Your struggles are valid. Your survival is meaningful. Your light, no matter how hidden or dim it may feel at times, has the power to touch others. Life may be painful, but it is also precious-and even in the deepest darkness, there is the potential for understanding, peace, and transformation.

December 16, 2009 my school lost a very amazing young man. No one knew he was depressed at all. He always used to be full of smiles and laughter. He was one of the best people you would ever meet. He sits on my bed like he belongs there. Like this is normal. Like I am not slowly coming apart. He does not need to touch me. He does not need to raise his voice. He only looks at me - and something inside me burns. This is not a ghost story. This is not a nightmare. This is what happens when something ancient decides to play.
