Most people are born with half of a heart as a birthmark, everybody has a different one and when you meet your soulmate your birthmark becomes whole. When your soulmate is sick your birthmarks turn blue, when your soulmate is dead your birthmark turns red. Some people are born without a birthmark, we don't understand but we just accept it.
