***Completed*** Sailing the Alesian Strait is a feat not attempted for hundreds of years, due to the treachery of the black waters. The lure of unimaginable wealth will lead Vitus and his crew into the strait, but whether they survive remains to be seen.

A story with aspects of noir, mystery, sci-fi, and political intrigue (Although I suppose that's similar to a mystery). The inspiration came from my 3rd year of high school English, where our assignment was to make either a light or dark romantic narrative that had to include the thoughts of a character. I suppose psychics and psionics, in general, have been overused in general, however, I still quote from myself "If I am going to have narration with thoughts, why not include mindreading, and if I am already including that, why not add a power or two." I was hooked immediately. I even realized that there a lot of stories about mindreaders, and the like. What would make my story different is that I would have my own writing style and original plot. So, in summation, please enjoy the first few chapters to what I am hoping to be a 300-500 page book, with the potential to have a sequel or a trilogy.
