Little brown scuddly dragons that hunted down the mice and rats in well-organized packs. Preposterously huge sea dragons that were 20 times as big as the big blue whale. Some say they crawled back into the sea leaving not a bone or a fang to remember them. Others say they were nothing but folk tales to begin with. Legend says that when the ground quakes or lava spews from the earth, it's the dragons letting us know they're still here, waiting for us to figure out how to get along. The world believes the dragons are gone, if they ever existed at all. But we Berkians... we know otherwise. And we'll guard the secret until the time comes when dragons can return in peace. However the time of dragons isn't over just yet...

Hiccup was planning to run away but now that Astrid knows his secret, he doesn't know what to do. Then Astrid comes up with a crazy idea that might just save them. They leave for good. Or that's what they thought. 7 years later, Hiccup and Toothless along with Astrid and Stormfly crash land on berk and chaos ensues and probably the greatest threat they would ever have to face.
