An idea for a story arc of Steven Universe I had that I'm gonna write because why not? Our story begins with two gems. Onyx and Emerald emerging from the Kindergarten used by Jasper about a month back. After Emerald begins to become corrupted during a fight with a corrupted gem, Onyx misinterprets this as somthing akin to a disease. That's where our story begins...

The Crystal Gems have been reported to still be very much alive. The Diamonds eventually decided that death by the Cluster wouldn't be enough to satisfy them after Little Pink's shattering. They turn to a new gem, a one-of-a-kind, they believed hid under their noses until now. A gem with extraordinary powers and an unprecedented prowess, a gem that had went unnoticed until a thousand years after the Corrupting Light, and a gem that would be perfect for the Diamond's revenge upon those who have wronged them and taken their Little Pink from their lives. A gem named Jironite. Sent to Earth with the command to shatter the Crystal Gems once and for all, will this gem finally fulfill a grief that has ruined Homeworld for millennia, or is there much that she has yet to learn? ● Any art that I might use will not be from me! Hell, even the cover art is from a friend (who has given me permission). ● This story may contain some uncomfortable topics such as experimentation and body horror.
