Hypothe-tical
I stood frozen, my mouth agape as I stared into the most beautiful shade of silver I had ever seen.
He pulled his gaze away from mine and stared down uncomfortably at his black sock-clad feet, effectively startling me out of my thoughts. I ignored my burning cheeks and shoved my hand between my five foot eight frame and his six two.
His eyes flickered to my hand then to my face before engulfing my hand in his. "Mira Collins", I breathed.
He grin was crooked behind his enormous moustache. "Axel Martin, welcome to the neighborhood."
.......................................................................................
The second her mother nervously announced they were moving to a new state, Mira Collins almost wept with joy. Then again, having to change your daily routine from being bullied 24/7 to 24/nothing was a blessing.
A hasty and sudden departure on her mother's part leaves her staring into the silvery eyes of Axel Martin, the boy who is bullied for his unknown reason for not cutting his facial hair. But unlike everyone else, when Mira meets him, she begins to count her firsts.
Her first time crying herself to bed.
Her first time fighting against the thought of cutting herself.
Her first time smiling after years of torment.
And then there was this...her first time coming face to face with a cure for sore eyes...hiding behind tufts and tufts of facial hair.
As hard as they try to fight it, they begin to participate in something they both wanted to avoid due to past memories.
But with time, they begin to realise that there's more to the opposite gender than what meets the eye and changes come into play.
Well, you know what they say, don't judge by appearances, a rich heart may be under an old coat, and in a rich heart is true love and true love...never grows old.
!!!! This is kind of my first book (which i started when I was fifteen) so the plot and writing is pretty...not it.
