At certain points in our lives, we are faced with an emotional dilemma, we are faced with pain that can only be felt deep inside. The pain we can't share with others because there's only a limited level of understanding we can get from them should they try to empathize with us. Most times, we need to purge ourselves clean from our pain, our trauma, the need to be free, the need to quench our innermost distress and break free from the strains of pain attached to loving or even living. You might ask how we can achieve this, that's what this book will show us. The Catharsis isn't your everyday book, it is one that understands the conflicts set in the arena of the mind.
