My first collection of poems, mostly about love and sleep-deprived thoughts, but I've really allowed myself to write exactly what I was feeling at the time, instead of holding myself back. I hope you all enjoy these poems as much as I enjoyed writing them.

In the third installment, Last Year's Flowers, MissReads19's poetry takes on a new shape through storytelling. Crafted from fragments of poems written through time, Last Year's Flowers takes the reader on a fictionalized journey of love from beginning to end with the in-betweens and flashbacks of memories. Broken down into three parts, the character's sentiments are revealed as the story progresses from moving through suffering and learning to let go. I won't forget the very beautiful time Loving you gave my heart a reason to fly, but Losing you took out a light. After I laid down the pieces of my heart, Love would bring the light and a shadow of the dark; Was it all such a temporary dream? All became lost in the in-between, Yet there's not one bit of me letting go, Sowing such a bitterly watered garden no one knows. Love is a sacrifice I didn't understand until you, Only bestowed unto those who are willing to leave their hearts open and through...

Author of Letters from the Heart, MissReads19 creates a new collection of poetry that will touch your heart and bring acknowledgement to the struggles in situations given to us. HeartSpace is a collection that will grasp the emotions felt by the reader; bitterness, devastation, hope, challenged love, loss, the desire to have burning questions answered, and the various shifts humans experience in a lifetime, and all in the hopeful attempts of moving on again. "In the rain you danced and built a shelter, In your exhaustion and weariness, you were the helper To those who weren't falling as hard as you were then, Still attempting to pretend Everything was fine Despite the silence and mourning inside Your mind, You still survived."

The sun doesn't shine every day for a reason, it rains sometimes. Maybe the reason why we have life so hard is for a greater purpose that time will reveal. There's some beauty in the struggle. We are reminded sometimes how blessed we are even if we tend to forget. Life is not a stone's throw, it's an unpredictable journey that you have to think your way through. You can't be too brave and you can't be too coward. You've got to know how to budget your risk-taking to your advantage.

In a world full of voices, hers became an echo. Surrounded by noise, yet unheard-her voice drifts like an echo lost in the chaos. Echo in the Crowd is a deeply introspective collection of poems capturing the loneliness that lingers even in the busiest of rooms. These verses unravel the feeling of being invisible while standing in plain sight, of smiling with shattered pieces inside, and of longing for connection in a world that barely pauses to notice. Through her pen, the author reclaims her space-transforming isolation into art, silence into strength, and echo into voice. Not all echoes bounce off walls-some echo inside the soul. #EchoInTheCrowd
