When I have a random burst of inspiration to write something and it doesn't fit with any of my other works, I put it here. Likely won't be updated often but always be prepared for something new.

Set in 1969, the newsies have all grown into young adults and are leading their own lives. As he is called back to Manhattan, Specs uncovers old memories and scars from his past. And as the turmoil of the year unfolds, it changes everything for the whole crew, forever. 

"I Never Planned On Someone Like You..." "C'mon Jack, be serious." It's 1899 and Jack Kelly who's a 17 year old painter and singer for Medda Larkin in her theater in Manhattan New York, he ran into 16 year old new stagehand and author Davey Jacobs who was captivated by the older boy's voice and charisma as well as his artwork. When the theater was slammed one particular night it caused Davey to stay and work late he ended up running into Jack again who was staying late painting a backdrop while singing to pass the time which drew Davey to listen. A few months passed as Jack started growing feelings for Davey. What was a brief simple conversation, to becoming really close friends, quickly turns into something they both didn't imagine.

Mush Meyers x Y/N Y/N Williams grew up in Brooklyn her mother is a widowed baker. Her father a former merchant sailor turned bakery owner, who raised Y/N with stories of far-off places and how to make a perfect loaf of rye. When he passed away from illness two years ago, Y/N sold the bakery as she and her mother were low on money and her mother couldn't look after her anymore so Y/N packed her bags and moved to Manhattan to live with her aunt - a nonsense woman who runs a orphanage where Y/N now stays.
