Is this world real? How can we be so sure? Libellus has always wished that she could escape from reality, to be like a character in the many books she reads. But be careful what you wish for. Stories aren't always as fun as they seem, and Libellus learns that the hard way when she gets trapped in a maze, with only a group of boys and bloodthirsty monsters to keep her company. Her sanity isn't the only thing in danger of being lost as she lives through the limited pages with her written in them. - Some characters in my story are from other books.

This is told through your POV, so it's written as y/n to make your reading experience more realistic. You fall in love with Newt while your in the glade, throughout your time you end up together and rescue Minho from WICKED after he was taken from the Scorch. Sadly, Newt passes away and you find it hard to cope. But at the safe haven, you receive a letter addressed to you that was written by Newt. So you write letters back to him and keep them in a jar. ⚠️Disclaimer: I do not own any of these characters, they are from the books/movies. The storyline is also based on the ending of the death cure movie and I changed and added some things to make you feel as though you're living in it. I recommend watching all the maze runner movies before reading this so it makes more sense. I hope you enjoy it though⚠️

But WICKED has labeled her as 'uneffective', and they need to rid of her in order to complete the Variables. I'm gonna discontinue this story because I can't keep up for it and it's cruddy. Hi I wrote this fanfic first for myself but I thought why not share it on wattpad for those who want to read it as well? Basically it's a Newt fanfiction set in the Maze Runner Movie Franchise. In this fanfic, Newt and Cara are already in a relationship but their situation threatens to pull them apart. Will their love stand the trials brought about by a dying world? Short Summary Newt, Cara, and the rest of the group are rescued from the maze. Cara is given her memories back right before her, Newt and the group escape the WICKED facility. Her loyalty to her friends wavers but she soon realizes that she no longer wants to work for WICKED despite Teresa trying to convince her otherwise. They try to escape the grasp of WICKED as they make their way through the Scorch in search of the Right Arm. Cara struggles with personal issues and traumas that have been brought back along with her memories. Newt tries to hold her hand every step of the way.
