Y/n arrives at the glade unexpectedly. Unsure of the gladers motives, she clings to a certain British boy. Something bigger is going on though as her and Newt explore the instincts they have surrounding each other.

You promised you'd kill me!" She screamed, letting out a pained scream as she grabbed his gun off his waist. Aiming it at her head, she closed her eyes. Newt knocked the gun out of her hand,"Tommy, get her wrists!" "Please Newt, please!" She begged, tears rolling down her face. Thomas grabbed her wrists, his heart breaking as her body began to convulse,"We gotta move. Newt, on the count of three." The blond nodded,"One, two, three!" They lifted her, her screams filling the air as they fought to carry her somewhere safe. Riley suddenly went limp, her eyes rolling into the back of her head. Her breathing finally ceased,"Oh my god!" ...

This whole story runs through the course of all three of the actual Maze Runner books, but a lot of it is switched up in terms of when certain things take place for the sake of how I move the story along. My apologies if some things stray a little from the actual story but when you add a whole new character and a whole new subplot, you kinda have to switch it up a bit. I'm really proud of this story and I've put a lot into it so please enjoy!
