Cinos the Werehog, the Ravagers, and Mutanimals have arrived to stop Newtralizer a.k.a. K'Vathrak from draining the city's electricity but when cousin Wormhole arrive with his portals, Newtie's electricity combined with Wormhole's dimensional portals caused it to suck him, Cinos, and the Ravagers to another dimension. The Savage Ravagers have been teleported in to a city fill with anthropomorphic animals. Many police rhinoceroses came to arrest them for mistaken the electrical teleportation for an attack on the street. So they split up to get way from the police but they were all caught except for Cinos. Cinos have to find and save his brothers but have hide from the Newtralizer and many police officers. While on the run, Cinos have befriend a female porcupine in which she help him hide and Cinos slowly starting have feeling for her. The Sing Universe is taken place 6 month after the film Cinos owned by CaesarPOTA2011 Stitch and cousins owned by Lilo & Stitch Buck owned by Ice Age Toothless owned by How To Train Your Dragon Rufus owned by Kim Possible Newtralizer and Mighty Mutanimals owned TMNT 2012 Ash and other characters owned by Sing

Taking place after the events of "the Super Shredder Saga", the Turtles, April, Karai, Suki and Splinter reunite with Mona Lisa and Sal Commander and confront an old enemy, the Newtralizer with the help of Bishop, the Utroms, and the Earth Protection Force.
