Poem of my Mind

Eve feels like she was born in the wrong generation. She doesn't feel like she really fits in with the girls at her school. While everyone else is listening to "modern music", she's dancing to The Smiths in her room. So, on her 16th birthday, she makes a wish to fit in. Little did she what would happen next.

We were different. The fallen angels whose wings were clipped by the people who all wanted to be the same. For a time I had forgotten that at one time I flew with you. On angel wings. Away from the ugly people and their ugly words. Until they took you away. I forgot how to fly again for a very long time. Until I looked in the mirror decades later and remembered again who I was.

Basically, it's just a place for me to share my love of music. I'll put one of my favorite songs in a chapter each day. I love music, and I love sharing my favorite songs, so I figured I'd do this. Essentially, this will become a big book of song recommendations.
