The doctor has lived his life happily on Gallifrey until his 11th face. He and his wife Marina live a comfortable life on their home planet with their twin daughters and newborn son Slate. Every 100 years a mandatory name reading is given by the oracle. A timelord's name is a prophesy and they change throughout a Gallifreyan's life. The Doctor and his wife go to get their names told to them 25 years after their marriage. Marina's is simple and to the point, but what the oracle told her husband shook him for weeks. He won't tell her what it was and what it meant. Meanwhile the boarders of Gallifrey are compromised and a whisper of unamed adversary is rolling towards the high counsel. The time War of old is upon Gallifrey, and The Doctor is faced with the fact that he has to stop it at the expense of everyone he loves.

This story is a Doctor Who fanfic that is based off another Doctor Who fanfic I wrote but I didn't like how it was going but I still liked the idea so this story was born! The rewrite of it. I don't own anything of this story except the plotline. The characters/TARDIS belongs to BBC/ the show known as Doctor Who. The barriers between the universe have been weakened by a villain with probably what will turn out to be a really cliched evil plan. However, the action of weakening the barriers between the universe does not go unnoticed. The discoverer of this action knows only one man who can prevent total chaos from breaking out. That's the Doctor. One problem though, he's in a completely different universe. Sorry, I suck at writing descriptions. Read the story if you want to know what it's about I guess. This is a shared account so to clarify, any first person references is Melody writing if you were wondering.

Avid Doctor Who fan who loves the show but also a Media Student who thinks too much about scenes so here are some things I picked up on that I feel as though are quite interesting.

New New Doctor Who Universe Noble was found only years before the doctor entered Donna's life again. With no memory of her past and only a fob watch in her possession, she was immediately taken in by Donna who treated the girl like she belonged. Maybe Universe did belong; but something in the back of her head was telling her otherwise. Eventual! Ruby Sunday x female! oc

Jenny has been chasing her own adventures since she was breathed back to life for the first time by her regeneration energy. She honestly hasn't put much thought into her father while she travels. Though she is stuck in one section of time and one little corner of space, she loves the thrill of running and never runs out of planets to save and people to help. It isn't until one of her adventures collides with the Doctor's that she is struck with a very unexpected reunion. There is a catch though, her dad...isn't exactly her dad anymore...... "Mum?"

The Doctor and Donna crash land in the planet of 'Retan Pleath' , a mirror image of Earth, a planet in which nothing has been able to exist there for centuries...until now. Thousands of sudden life signs have occurred and the iconic pair have landed, searching for answers.
