Muichiro already used to spend a lot of time hanging around in Tomioka's house secretly until Giyuu realised. They started to spend more and more time together, their lack of words communicating much more than normal communication. Then after Nezuko and Tanjiro suffered such traumatic events, Giyuu decided to let them live at his home. The Kamado siblings and Muichiro slowly bond and then turn to the brother who brought them together and a new family is formed. Nezuko, Giyuu and Muichiro start going through speech therapy with Tanjiro and Tanjiro learns how it feels to have a family again. Basically set during the Hashira Training arc.
