Nezumi and Shion are new students. They have been dating for awhile. Their first day of school they meet some friends and make some enemies. Nezumi forms a band with another outcast. Shion and Safu soon join up. They become popar in certain crowds.

Four years later, after the walls of No. 6 have fallen, 20 year old Shion is now back, living on his own, in his own apartment, casually dropping in on his mother and now, little sister after what happened four years ago. Nezumi, is back, living at the revived western district, who casually walks through the used to be No. 6 from time to time, hoping that one day, they will be reunited once again, he doesn't want to push anything.
