Because if I had done one thing differently I might have never met you." Cassidy plans her life like she does her events; clearly, precise and down to every small detail. A successful career, a fancy house, marriage, kids...they're all part of her plan, but spaced out in completely different parts of her life. Each step she takes is to ensure these things come to her when she planned, and not one thing was to come a moment sooner. Niall is living the life. With his solo career taking off and more spare time to golf and hang out with his friends he couldn't ask for more in life. And to top it all off, he's single; he was free to do whatever he wanted whenever he wanted to. Having a girlfriend wouldn't be a bad thing, and when the time came, Niall would enjoy the company. But he was in no rush to find one. Neither were apart of the other's plans. But when they meet Niall and Cassidy can't deny the sparks they feel between them. Nothing seems better than getting involved with one another. But as things go beyond their infatuation Cassidy can't help but wonder if this was ever a good idea. They say true love is all you'll never need. But will it be enough to keep them together?

Niall Horan works as the C.E.O for the New York City branch of LJP Records, known for the massive list of successful singers it has created careers for. Due to the massive amount of work piling up, Niall is looking for an assistant to help him run the New York City office. Rowen "Wen" is one of the best recording techs to graduate from her university and is hoping to land that job. Her plan being to work her way up the chain to her dream job of recording tech. Rowen decides she is going to Skype interview from her home in Connecticut, and let's just say her resume wasn't the only part of her Niall Horan found interesting. All seems fine but there's a problem. While Niall may find Rowen attractive, there's a rule: workers are not allowed to have any non-friendly/business partner relationships. Niall signed the contract. Will Niall take the chance and try for a relationship with Rowen? Will Rowen be hired? Will Niall get fired if he goes too far with Rowen?

While watching Christmas films before our family Christmas dinner, I was struck with a bit of inspiration for a Niall Christmas blurb. This was the first piece of writing I have ever shared in a public forum (this piece is also posted on my Tumblr blog; small edits have been made) and it holds a special place in my heart.
