After a successful year in Formula 2, she is intrigued as to why she has only got a reserve driver role at Williams. Not that all hope was lost as she had a backup plan. That backup is Formula E. There was just one problem and his name is Dan Ticktum. Dan was in the same boat as Charlie. Only he was willing to accept the fact that he wasn't going to Formula 1. What happens when enemies are forced to work together? Francesca 'Frankie' Williams, daughter of Claire Williams, granddaughter of Sir Frank Williams. At the age of 19 she met her best friend George Russell when he came and signed for the team and they have been inseparable ever since. In January 2020, Frankie's mum Claire decided to step back as deputy team principal and family representative of the team but it also comes as a shock that the team principal wanted to step back as well.
