Listen, we all know Nick and Gatsby are seen by a lot of people (including yours truly) as very homosexual. And anyone that knows me knows that I struggle with bringing myself to write predominantly sad stories. So for now you, dear reader(s?), and I can pretend that Daisy was a little better at driving, Gatsby came to terms with Daisy being out of reach (and with his own sexuality), and instead of us interpreting Nick and Jay as gay for each other, they are very, very explicitly gay for each other as they find when they spend more time together and away from the deceit of people they once thought of more kindly.

Layla went to New York to be a writer, but she ended up making cloths. When she gets a invitation to one of Gatsby's parties, she becomes friends with him. Her cousin, Daisy, is invited over for tea and everything turns around for Layla that summer. Nick is her brother, but he comes in later. This book, the plot belongs to F. Anyone who has been to one of Jay Gatsby's notorious parties has seen her. The angel. She stands in the back, tenderly sipping her drink. Nobody really knows who she is, their only clue is her first name, Linnet. Nick Carraway finds himself at another one of Gatsby's parties, his paths cross with Linnet and he sees that she has it bad for Gatsby himself. But he soon finds that she has a certain aura, one that Nick is getting drawn closer and closer into. Pretty soon he can't escape it. This book is based off of "The Great Gatsby" by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I do not own any of the characters, apart from Linnet, obviously. The plot is very obviously rewritten.
