Nick, a cynic when it comes to love....finally finds someone who accepts him for who he is.

Working in fast food was not the ideal place to work but at least it paid the bills! this is in response to the What I Do Day To Day challenge at tbe AC Forum in 2010.

He presses his lips against mine, gentle but passionate. I'm pressed against the door, and he lifts me at the waist making me as tall as him. I hear him seeking blindly for the doorknob. When he finally manages to find it, the door opens halfway before we hear Howie, Brian, Kevin and AJ yelling at each other. We quickly back out of the room, his lips still pressed against mine, and I hear the door click. He walks sideways, and finds another door. We stop and take a breath, mostly to see if the room is occupied. It's empty. This time, my lips find his, and I hear the door close and lock.

Nick Carter is tired of living in Orlando and can't wait to get away from everything. When he moves to Tampa to start college, he will find something a little more than he ever expected.... Special thanks to BackstreetBeiber7 for the cover photo :)

Brian: "Hey, what's up Nicky?" Me: "It's just.. Did you guys see that blonde in the end? The girl walking past the stage behind the crowd?" AJ: "No, but if she was blonde I bet she was cute. Just like my little Nicky!"
 He raised his voice, making a babyvoice and a babyface in the last sentence. He padded me roughly on the head, and I couldn't help, but laugh a little. Me: "I'm serious, she was surrounded by bodyguards." Brian: "How old was she?"
 Me: "I don't know, maybe around my age." Howie: "Oh - oh! Did she wear sunglasses, red lipstick and a grey scarf?" Me: "Yeah, she did." Howie: "Then I believe I saw her earlier, Ida Vinther I think." Me: "Vinther like.. Like the Vinther?" Howie: "Yup." Kevin: "Good luck with that, Nick." Nick: "Fight me Kevin, she'd fall for the Nick charm." AJ: "I believe you Nick." Nick: "Thank you, AJ." AJ: "If you prove it." Nick: "Do you mean like a challenge?" AJ: "Sure, let's call it a challenge." Kevin: "But be wise kiddo, when you're done with her let her down gently. Her father is one of the world's wealthiest men." Nick: "Don't worry Kev, her dad loves me already. Anyway, game's on. Any idea where she went?"
