The published story from two authors by the names of Nicky Roth and Quentin. It tells the tale of the mysterious man which few know the name of: Theodore Masters Peterson, following up with his partner in crime, often called The Guest. Nicky, a man who has known Mr. Peterson as his next-door neighbor since childhood, gets curious and ends up in a whole crazy event from this creepy friend. Quentin, a detective, is here to investigate these suspicious characters years later, but it won't be easy, as these men can be quite aggressive. (This will be made over 2 Octobers)

Two years after Nicky almost got shipped to the other side of the world, Peterson soon succeeds in shipping him to some faraway place. Now, Nicky's buddies Leader, Brave, Scout, Moxxie, Evelyn, Henry, Detective, Inventor and Bagger break into their other neighbors' homes for clues on where he might have been shipped. Now, the nine friends have to save Nicky on a globetrotting adventure and hopefully finally stop their insane Neighbor. (Spoiler alert: There will be a third, so they don't)

Most of his time is spent writing, tinkering with custom gadgets in his room, or hanging out with his best friend Aaron. But weird things start happening at his school and around his town in general; so his group of friends, which includes him, Aaron, siblings Enzo and Maritza, Trinity, and Aaron's sister Mya, try to figure out what's going on and who the new "superhero" is who's working to stop it. As Christmas comes around the corner they, unfortunately, have to deal with Nicky's creepy Neighbor ruining the holiday and even some of their own are having problems getting into the Christmas spirit. Can the rescue squad find a way to get into the holiday spirit or will the mean one Mr.Peterson ruin this Christmas for these troubled youth?
