I am a citizen of Dema. I am an escapee. I have failed time and time again. I have never seen the world outside this city, but one day I hope to. One day I will. My friend Clancy is like me. He is a citizen of Dema. He is an escapee. He is an exception. He has seen the world outside these imposing walls. He tells me about these people he's seen. He hasn't been able to speak with them yet, but he gets closer with each escape. I'm going to ask him to take me the next time he goes. I want to see these people for myself. I want to know if we can survive outside of Dema. Because I want to live.

Every ten years a handful of randomly selected teens are sent to Trench. Trench is controlled by Dema Council and Dema Council is controlled by Nicholas Bourbaki. Nicholas has a bit of OCD, everything must be according to number. Tyler was one of the randomly selected, which are actually considered the chosen ones to be sent to Trench. At the beginning he thinks he knows everything but he soon finds out that things are hidden in between the 1's and 0's. This is where Josh comes in. The Josh Tyler thought was just another number. {A Trench Story} "You stopped talking in your youth to protect yourself, didn't you? But don't forget that you are a Bandito now. You and your voice are safe now. Well, safe-ish." Mary "Mute Mary" Peters was well known in the city of Dema for being the youngest child to ever be brought to the city. The Bishops didn't want to bring the child into the city, but Mary's mother, a single mother, wasn't coming without her baby, so Mary got the rare experience of growing up inside the city's walls. Originally a vivacious child, Mary went mute at the age of six after a supposed Bandito sighting, and she spent the rest of her childhood unheard, out of sight, and generally out of mind. But when she sees that the Banditos are in Dema again, most likely for yet another rescue mission involving famed FPE Tyler Joseph, she silently joins their ranks and leaves the city with them. In Trench, Mary, now going by the name Charli, found all sorts of things she never thought possible: freedom, life, an abundance of the color yellow, an actual cheetah, and a vulture that could talk. Charli was safe to talk in Trench, but after so many years of silence, she found herself unable to, and so even once she became a Bandito, she stayed mostly to herself, although a single choice did give her the respected label of "Baldito". In spite of this, her muteness led her to be pretty alone, or as alone as someone in Trench can get. But things change when she meets Jenna, Tyler's wife, and suddenly, Charli isn't so alone. At least, until Tyler escapes Dema yet again and the Bishops come for him. Charli made a choice. When the Bishops came for Tyler, she instead exposed herself and let them take her back. If they couldn't get the FPE, they accepted getting the Dema Baby. And it was then as she was being dragged back to Dema with the cliffs of Trench surrounding her that she spoke for the first time in so many years.

"I heard he's a felon." - Josh likes to consider himself a well behaved student. Tyler Joseph is the last person he would have expected to start a friendship with.

When Tyler gets manipulated by "nico" after he got lost and find himself in the city of "dema". This story is 100% based on the latest twenty one pilots album "trench". While the songs and the music videos from the album tells the main lines of the story, i felt like it should have more in details as within conversation between the characters, more plot twists, etc The first part is somewhere an original, it's basically a made-up intro to get into the story. And then after the first chapter, the story is going to be based on the music videos of the album.

The craziness won't stop coming. Aimen felt that she was absolutely done with musical artists invading her house with their new albums. She thought that Pray For The Wicked was the last time she will allow an artist invade her home. But this time, an artist won't come to her house, but she will end up in a place where she never would have expected it to exist. Will Aimen be able to get back home? "The fear and pain shall not be elements that stop us, but what feeds us to persevere." Clancy is a Scribe within the walled city of Dema, a silent, gray place where everything is performed with efficiency and repetition. While he is proud to represent his district amongst the Scribes and relay the history of Dema for future generations, he begins to feel that there is something missing within the city that can only be found outside the walls. Risking everything to escape the perimeters, Clancy realizes that the ravines of Trench can be a dangerous place, especially with the canyon's labyrinthine pathways and the Bishops at his heels. Lianna Higgins and her odd trio of outcasts have been scouting Trench for the better part of three years, hoping to one day liberate the people of Dema themselves, even if it means risking their lives. When Lianna stumbles upon an escapee from Dema fate brings them and Lianna's crew to the Banditos, who themselves are devoted to usurping the Bishops and bring the walls of the gray city down. Lianna doesn't enjoy the Banditos' company - as a matter of fact, she despises their company - but she doesn't have anywhere else to go and the life of a timid young Scribe now rests like a heavy weight on her shoulders. The trial ahead will be hard and neither Clancy nor Lianna are eager to weigh the odds - but joining the Banditos and severing ties with Dema may be the only way for them to survive. Jenna lives a peaceful life in Dema with her friends and family. Tyler lives of what other people see as a "peaceful" life as well. Tyler begins to see the faultiness in the nine bishops and Dema in general. He begins to help people close to him escape. Josh, Jenna, Jordan, zack, etc. After awhile, the bishops begin to notice people are dissapearing without a trace. All clues begin to point back to Tyler and josh. Later that night, Tyler helps josh to escape. Things begin to become dire. In a rush, Tyler tries to escape with josh but they get to Tyler before he can jump over the fence. They take him back to the head quarters. Will Tyler ever escape Dema? Alive? or dead? (read to find out)

ryan's always been a good citizen. he follows the rules without question, attends all rituals and gatherings required, he's a model image citizen of DEMA...on the outside, that is. ryan's been having dreams recently that make him question if things are actually what they seem to be inside the city walls. there's something strange about these dreams- they seem more like lost memories of a past life. he constantly shoves the thoughts down though, tells himself it's better to just ignore and play it safe. but what happens when a new citizen comes along and ryan finds out he's not the only one with these strange dreams?
