Then when he found out that they want to let him go and saw Nico kissing Alec and decided to get back together with him, he was so heartbroken that he left the hospital with so much sadness. Of course everyone felt guilty of what they did and Nico felt so ashamed that he will do anything to make up for Levi and get him back.
