Wynonna, Doc, Dolls, Jeremy, Nicole, and Waverly have just arrived home after the horrible cruise from hell. Once they got home they were finally starting to settle in after their traumatizing experience. Little did they know while they were gone, Purgatory was becoming infested with the strongest demons they could possibly imagine. Now Wynonna is stood face to face with these demons at the edge of the ghost river triangle while trying to solve a Purgatory Murder.

Wynonna Earp and Nicole Haught find themselves in trouble when a sneaky and mischievous witch overhears them arguing while passing through Purgatory. Before the witch leaves, she casts a spell on them that causes them to wake up in each other's bodies the next day. Both have to go through an awkward day with hopes that Jeremy can swap them back.

Waverly becomes the saviour she fought the darkness that gave her power she not be able to control it as Nicole is the only one who can for Nicole the full moon is appearing and there isn't much time for her too transformed
