When Seth Jackson wakes up in the year 1347 without any memory on a mysterious island, he searches for a way to survive and try to figure out who he is. But with no option for survival above ground, he is forced to go underground where he runs into a young woman who cannot remember anything either. The pair teams up in order to stay alive as they cross new dangers. But Seth becomes haunted by his past, and everything hangs in the balance as he tries to figure out why he was on that island.
