This NieR:Automata AU follows Ray's silent journey through a battlefield that was never meant for him, where existence itself is treated as an anomaly... and the greatest danger is not being hunted- but being forgotten.

My New Original Ending for Nier: Automata, building on Ending E. This is "VS" Ending, and "VS" besides my initials, in this context mean: "Valiantly Sweet" Ending. I hope you like it as much as I do! Enjoy!

(I recommend either playing through Nier Automata, or watching a playthrough of the game, I will try my best to make this understandable if you have neither played or watched someone play this game) :SPOILER AHEAD: if you haven't played or seen the story of Nier Automata and don't want it spoiled, stop here. This is my little spin-off story that takes place off screen of the original story during the events of route C. It runs parallel to the machines adapting and the spread of the virus driving the YoRHa units insane and begins with unit 2O as she leaves the moonbase on the commander's orders

We are not considered 'like' them. In this world long forsaken, is there still a god out there willing to give those left behind another chance at 'life'?
