Part 1 The music had barely faded when three LASU boys - Olakeys, Segzy, and Chike - stumbled out of a party into the dim Lagos night. Spotting a young woman by the roadside, they offered her a ride. She wore a tight red dress that hugged her curves. Her skin was unnaturally pale and smooth under the yellow streetlight. A heavy, sweet perfume - jasmine mixed with something metallic like blood - filled the air. Her long black hair moved perfectly, untouched by the breeze, and her smile revealed teeth too sharp and white. "Come to my place in Berger," she said in a velvety voice. "We can continue the fun there." Olakeys and Segzy quickly agreed, but Chike felt a strange heaviness in his chest. As they drove, the feeling worsened. "Abeg, stop here," Chike said suddenly. "Drop me. I'll take a bike." Despite their teasing, he got out. As the car pulled away, the woman turned and smiled at him through the window - her dark glassy eyes and unnaturally wide grin sent chills down his spine. He never knew it would be the last time he saw his friends alive. The next morning, Olakeys and Segzy were missing. By afternoon, Chike received a terrifying WhatsApp message from Olakeys at 5:12 AM: Chike... call the police. Please. Berger. Both phones were switched off. After three days of silence, social media exploded with #FindOlakeysAndSegzy. Police eventually traced a signal to an abandoned building in Berger. Inside a dusty room, they found a large wooden box. The smell hit them first. When they opened it, even hardened officers recoiled in horror. The dismembered remains of Olakeys and Segzy were carefully arranged inside. Some body parts were missing. The mysterious woman was never found. When Chike heard the news, he collapsed. The image of the red taillights disappearing into the night haunted him. Deep down, he knew the truth: If he had stayed in that car, there would have been three names on the missing persons poster.

The Girl in the Mirror Sixteen-year-old Amara never believed in ghosts, curses, or stories about haunted houses. That changes when she moves with her mother into an old family house on a lonely hill in a forgotten Nigerian town. From the moment they arrive, something feels wrong. A mysterious portrait seems to follow Amara with its eyes. Doors open by themselves. Footsteps echo through empty rooms. And every night, someone whispers her name from upstairs. Then Amara discovers an ancient mirror hidden inside a locked room. At first, it shows her normal reflection. Until one night, her reflection moves when she doesn't. The strange girl inside the mirror knows things Amara has never told anyone. She knows her fears. She knows her dreams. And most terrifying of all, she knows a secret about Amara's birth. As Amara searches for answers, she discovers that the mirror has a dark history. Years ago, people entered the house and disappeared without a trace. Their names were erased from photographs, their belongings vanished, and their families slowly forgot them. Now the mirror has chosen Amara. To uncover the truth, she must discover what is trapped behind the glass-and why it has been waiting for her. Because some reflections don't simply show you who you are. Some reflections are waiting to become you.

Lagos never sleeps. The yellow buses still run at midnight. The keke drivers still honk. Mamas still sell roasted corn and akara on the roadside. And in the middle of it all, between Ikeja City Mall and Alausa Market, stands a house that everyone sees... but no one talks about. From the outside, it looks like just another old duplex. But look closer. The mango tree didn't grow around it. The house grew around the tree. Two faces stare from the branches with eyes that glow green and red. Green smoke drifts from the windows at 3:34am. And sometimes, if you pass by late enough, you'll see shadows moving inside - shadows that don't belong to anyone on the street. The landlords changed. The tenants changed. But the house? The house stayed. And it's hungry. They say if you hear footsteps on the stairs when no one is there, don't answer. They say if a voice calls your name from an empty room, don't respond. They say if you enter... the house starts hunting you. Welcome to Ikeja. Welcome to the night. Welcome to *THE HAUNTED HOUSE*. _by OLAKIITAN_

Adisa always dismissed his father's warnings about the cursed land-until the night a spectral woman in tattered red emerged from the baobab grove, her bare feet bleeding into the dust. "Your blood knows my pain," she whispered, her grip icy. She speaks of a broken promise, a debt owed by his grandfather-one that has festered into a generational curse. Now, the barren fields, the failing crops-they all make sense. But her demand is worse: "You must love me." As the boundary between myth and reality crumbles, Adisa must choose: surrender to a ghost's twisted bargain or watch his bloodline-and his future-wither to dust. The land remembers. And so does she."
