In Chapter 1, Folasade and David, a young Nigerian couple, arrive at Waverly Place, a restaurant with an irresistible reputation: every meal is said to change lives. From the moment they step inside, the warm glow of the restaurant's exterior gives way to an eerie stillness. The menu offers dishes with names that both intrigue and unsettle, 'Bloody Ribs,' 'Killer Apple Pie', and the staff, polite to the point of discomfort, seem to be watching their every move. As the night unfolds, what begins as a romantic dinner turns into something much darker. Why does it feel like they were meant to be here? And what price will they pay for this so-called life-changing experience?

COMPLETED Someone has been raped and murdered in Stars Academy, how is it that this group of friends are the only ones who know what went down but each have different stories to tell?? Excerpt "Praise B?" "Hmm?" "Who is telling the truth??" "What do you mean?" "I have heard two versions of the story now and I already know that there are a lot of conflicting details" "Well, maybe you should ask Kelechi who was really there" "I don't trust Kelechi" "If I were you I won't trust anybody" I look at Praise B like she has two heads as she adds, "Not even Tomiwa". THIS BOOK SHOULD NOT BE COPIED. THE STORY COMPLETELY FORMULATED BY ME AND ME ALONE.

They just got into the university, and they're on holiday. So before I go right ahead to describe the story here's the thing. I really love to write and I heard about wattpad as much as I love to write l love to read bla bla bla. ok cut it short my first Wattpad attempt was on a story titled "MY World". Got three reads which I doubt wasn't me viewing as a reader. I still don't know how it works. fast forward to the part I was engrossed in school activities, had writers block I mean all my life all I did was write in a book while my family and friends enjoyed what I wrote. So I abandoned that. Starting this one I donno who's going to be interested in reading this but well I'm going to write anyways. Now to the description of this story "Roses". I like to say each and everyone of us are roses. Some of us with thorns sharper or a lot more than the others. oh yes. And this is the story of a bunch of rose from a teenage Nigerian girl's point of view... You'll find out more if you read the story which I doubt anyone would. And if you did and you're reading this. 😊 Thank you, I mean you about to read my crap *smiles* Thanks. ps: I legit got the cover from the internet and whoever made such a master piece am so sorry I used it without asking you, I really hope you forgive me and thank you I mean the roses gave me this push I needed to write something despite my tight schedules at school...... who else thinks school spelt backward is do we really have to go😩

To some it was hell, to some it was home. To some, it was a place to catch cruise and live your best life. To some it was a place where you ruled, where you were the main man at the top of the food chain. To some it was a place to hide under a façade. To some it was a place that determined what the future held. But to all, it was a place that brought challenges - physical and emotional. A place that brought self-discovery; a place that exposed the secret and the reality of life. Final year at River Brook Academy had finally come - basically what every secondary school student looked forward to. Suffice it to say, that it wasn't half as normal as the other years they'd spent. It came with whirlwinds, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes...but what happens when Ore Jumai, Ayo Balogun, Bolu Jayeola, Nina Ogbeide and their friends all learn what they truly needed? Would they be able to take it and stand? Or would they leave it and fall to the ground? ****** Started: 24th December, 2020. No, This is not a story of an hero or heroine. It's the story of a "simple minded" teenager who wishes she was born under a different circumstances. Who wishes life had treated her better, nicer & not punished her for her mother's sins. She's a reflection of her mother, MoreniKeji. She falls in love even admits all her mountain of problems. Just like her mom, unlike her name. Let's hope she'll be different This is the story of Keji.

"I love you Dee... you have no idea how much..." he said, cupping my face with his big palms. His eyes stared deep into mine, it felt like he was staring right into my soul. A tear trickled down my cheek and I sniffed to keep it in check. He shook his slowly and gently wiped the tear with his thumb. A short but captivating story about genuine love and waiting on God's time for the right man.
