Nightkit and Shadowkit have been best friends for years. Nightkit had been taken in by PineClan when she was only just a few hours old. Cedarkit, Skykit, and Nightkit have been born in BranchClan. They don't realise it yet, but they have a large prophecy surrounding them. They each have special powers (XD not like the ones in The Power of Three. Different powers!) each important to the prophecy. Will these cats learn how to use them and keep their clan safe?

A new litter - Ravenkit, Nightkit, and Owlkit - is born in the midst of it, and it's even harder to welcome new mouths to feed when only the weakest cats can get their piece of fresh-kill. As it gets harder to find prey, WaveClan steals from FeatherClan territory, causing war between the two Clans. And, in the middle of it all, a plague of foxes strikes, leaving the Clan with little warriors to hunt for them.
