Y/N's father used to be a famous musician traveling the world. That was before he decided to retire due to the heavy toll such a lifestyle took. Afterward, he settled down and had a child. Not wanting his skills to waste away in his twilight years, he passed down everything he knew to his son. His son developed a love for music. He was eager to please, so he quickly picked up on what he was taught. With Talent and determination, he learned to excel in any instrument. If it has strings, then he can play it. Music is his joy in life and performing gives him meaning. Having always been popular since he was young, he loves to be the center of attention. So that's why it's so strange that he takes a backseat to help a friend form a band. But hey, as long as he's part of the band, Y/N will rock!

In Shuka High, Bocchi's class out of nowhere gets assigned with another class in a different japanese school to be penpals. All she knows is that her pen pal is a guy, and that she has to write first. What could this possibly lead to? A chance for bocchi to talk to someone without being an anxious mess? Perhaps forming her first friend outside of Kessoku Band? Getting more confidence with people in real life? Maybe even this friendship blossoming into more?????? Or will this just end with Bocchi tripping up and ruining her chances again? With a lack luster description like this, what is the author on, thinking this will get readers? We don't know, but I want it, find out what a lack of a planned out story does to a person by opening up this book and finding it's not all that shit. [Please]

When Y/N meets Bocchi and realizes how introverted she is it reminds him of his past self. This makes him want to help her introverted self creating a bond between the two.
