When he goes for a walk on the beach one night, Viktor Nikiforov finds a drunk merman with cuts from glass all over his body. He can't just leave him there, so he takes him to his house to nurse him back to health.

Yuri is confused, it wasn't the first time the two of them had met or touched, what could possibly be the reason for this? Yuri finds that Victor has completely forgotten the day the two of them met all those years ago, but Yuri needs to find out the truth. Had Victor already found his soulmate? What happened to make Victor forget that day all together? And what could have possibly caused his clock, and vision to malfunction? Is he really Victor's soulmate? The holidays are here at the Katsuki inn, and its just bustling with activity! Victor and Yuuri are working together to make the place look festive when Victor suddenly gets very insistent on having one certain decoration hanging above their heads.... Then, while begging for a sweet treat, Yuuri accidentally says something to set Victor off- in the best way possible. This year, the two might just get a present that they never expected.
