Catherine Julianne Marshall. How old am I? Seventeen. My birthday will be in a few weeks. Where do I live? In a town called San Barbara, in South Carolina. ---- This is a story of the young Catherine, how is brave and clever and was told to write everything down. She tells us about her days, her experience. One day she wants to read it, when she's older. She wants to live through the days she already has forgotten.

I am not who everybody thinks I am. My name is Julie lance but everybody just call me juls. My dad says I have a better voice than Christina Aguilera and that means a lot because he's her biggest fan. I still can't believe it in a good way. I go every year to a music camp to sing and to feel the music, my own music. The rest of the year I meet my friend and play volleyball. It's my (healthy) obsession. I love it and I never thought I would be good at It before the day my friend Lana played volleyball with me in the camp. But mostly I am just a normal girl who likes to go to school like every other normal 17 year old girl goes. And that's not sarcastic! I live in a small city called Cape Mary, Rhode Island. And this is my Life.
