What if Nine was responsible for the creation of Rusty Rose and before she was ever a cyborg the two had a brother and sisterly relationship. Things go good for the two of them until the Choas Council kidnaps Rusty and corrupted the fox's sister for their own personal gains. Now It's up to Nine and Sonic to rescue the cyborg hedgehog and help restore things to order.

Nine wakes up in a foreign lab, imprisoned and forced to build technology that will fuse organic life forms with the paradox prism. An experiment called Project Zero has taken a liking to him, but he doesn't know if he can trust her. He has plans of escape, but has doubts if he can get the both of them out alive.

Instead of Shadow being stuck off-screen fighting robots while he is waiting for Sonic in season 3, he is captured by Nine. We get more insight into what Shadow was thinking in terms of how he feels about Nine, and what he believes needs to be done to fix things. And we get more of Nine being evil, hurt, and angsty. No major plot changes, fits right into the storyline.

Y/n was the only one that defended Nine when he was picked on by those creeps and and helped him defend himself by helping him create his other tails and in return he made her some some legs of her own •~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~• In this book y/n is female and a scorpion, sorry for people that are different gender.
