Kai and Nya are simple blacksmiths, doing their best as young teens scraping up just enough. However, soon, their destinies will be revealed to them, and a customer will change their lives forever. Welcome to my rewrite of the Pilot Season of Ninjago! In this rewrite, I will tweak the plot and characters to be more engaging and fun. This includes adding representation, more properly represting characters, and having more character driven plot. Updates will be slow, I want to put as much time into each chapter as I can.

What if Wu had stayed a teen? What if he never regained his memories? And what if he joined the Ninja... As their student? I give you the journal of the teenaged "master" on his journey to remember his past.

So, Ninjago has some plot inconsistencies and we all want Kai to be the green ninja. I'm here to fix those issues. But I also want to put my own spin on it so I'm going to list a few ideas and you guys tell me how you feel about them before I get started
