Just a list of stories I've written in my English class

So this is going to be a four part series for every year of high school and this will be the first one hence the title "Freshie." Basically this will be the experience of high school through the eyes of Grace Philips. Grace has never been to a public school before until she starts her ninth grade year at North Wood High.

Tasneem is a typical Muslim girl starting her first year of high school, along with her friends Aliyah and Sabrina. This story follows her as she learns to navigate the changes in her life, from praying and fasting at school, to losing friends and making new ones, to balancing extracurriculars and studying.

8th grader Felicity Herman has transferred to a junior high-high school in a small populated county. Thanks to her two semesters of Art in her previous school, she doesn't have to take the required one-semester class in her new school. She doesn't realize this until after the first half. And when she starts up the second week of the new semester? Her life gets a bit more interesting.

Ashlynn is just like every other 9th grader in the world. She's got her group of best friends, she cares about how school goes, all that jazz. But she's just getting over her first breakup, and it's not going to well. She just can't get over Jaycob. She hasn't seen any other guys. And he broke up with her in 7th grade. But then she meets the new kid, Mitch. And she's starting to see a light in the darkness. But will Mitch see the light, too?

Seraphina Lopez and Lewis Rivera are classmates since they were in first grade. And now that they are in their ninth grade, they became seatmates-- the closest that they've been. Little does she know that most girls adore him. She can't see why, until he shows her the reasons why not, even without her asking him. And this is where everything starts to confuse her. Do actions truly speak louder than words? Or do you still need to hear the words behind the actions?

It was the year that all things went wrong. --- The ninth grade is on their nut. From shooting rubber bands in people's eyes, tying up the principal to sabotaging the boys locker room with rotten meat (don't ask) and having a make out session on the school floor, is it possible for everyone to survive the school year? I'll tell you, it sure as hell won't. I can't spend one hundred eighty days dodging rubber bands and doing hurdles over couples in the hallway. If we don't turn into homework eating zombies, maybe we do have a chance of passing the ninth grade.
