Nishimiya wants nothing more than to be able to confess her love to Ishida .But, the gradual degradation of her hearing abilities holds her back from doing so, she fears that she would be a burden to Ishida. Little does she know that Ishida had no intention of leaving her side ever.

Cerita ini berkembang disekitar Nishimiya Shouko, seorang gadis remaja dan Ishida Shouya, teman kelasnya yang tuli. Ishida yang sudah mengalami ketuliannya sejak lahir adalah orang yang sangat pemalu, Nishimiya lalu mencoba menghibur Ishida agar dia tidak putus asa dalam menjalani harinya.

O N E S H O T While watching Koe no Katachi. I... I got this weird feeling. Shoko Nishimiya was a great person but, I was drawn more into Yuzuru, her little sis. Weird but Ishida and Yuzuru has. Great chemistry. Weird.

After Ishida changed himself and able to talk to everyone properly, he realizes that he still have unfinished business to finish... A short "fan filler" story by Spirit for those who felt the movie (Koe no Katachi/A Silent Vocie)'s ending was "insufficient".
