So they've stayed on land with their Aunt Rita, built stronger bonds with each other, made relationships, after all they are the last Mermaids left in this part of the Pacific Ocean, Or Are they? What happens when Zac goes out for a swim around Mako, and ends up getting lost. It's up to Cam, Nixie, Serena and Lyla to find him. But, what's this? Zac's met OTHER mermaids?

Kyla is a mermaid from Mako and she is best friends with Nixie and Sirena. She always visits Rita on land but when she is caught by Maya, she is kicked out of the pod and banished to live on land. Rita takes her in and she becomes best friends with Zac, Cam, Evie and Carly. What happens when Zac is turned into a merman and her old friends come onto land and live with her and Rita? And will she be able to keep her secret or will she lose it all because of what happened. I don't own the story Mako Mermaids (I only own the character Kyla) so all rights go to the creators of MM.

The strange aura and mysterious connection between them and the sea seems worth exploring and ends up leading to both her and Sul falling in love with each other, a selkie and a human. Will these two lovers follow the lovely happily ever after such as the classical Little Mermaid tale or will they end tragically separated such as the original version of two lovers from two very different worlds.

My name is Nixie Evergreen, and my life is anything but normal. My story begins two months ago, when my life was still pretty close to normal. I lived with my parents somewhere in the forest near Salem. We had a big house and a field surrounding it. From the gates at the edge of our territory, we had a road to the house.
