Both Midoriya and Bakugo are agents or 'spies' for different agencies. or at least, one of them is from an agency and the other just works for someone from the same agency. the two work separately from eachother and yet, they always seem to run into eachother on missions... sometimes on their own time. katsuki Bakugo and Izuku Midorya might have to work together to stop the annoying unplanned meetings and stealing of the others missions. Note: There will be some spicy moments in future chapters
