It had been just a few short months since Ciel went on his mission to infiltrate the Noah's Arc Circus, where he had taken a persona and even shared a bunk with another circus mate under the ridiculous persona of 'Smile.' It was ironic to receive such a name from the Ringmaster, Joker. But he had stuck with it until he had to exterminate the troupe, including someone he had grown close to, Freckles. Except... that wasn't their true name they went by- In fact, they were truly part of the act, one of the main entertainers, who went by Doll. Even now, the boy didn't understand the exact reasoning behind the girl's double life as posing a boy and a girl, staying in the lousy tents when a luxury and private tent had their name on it.

Juliet Rose Phantomhive; Ciel's younger, twin sister. She was presumed dead after the fire that killed her parents, but that was not the case. The day the manor burned, Juliet was rescued from the flames by a strange man who brought her to safety. Juliet was unaware that her brother had survived and vice versa. The two siblings grieved each other deeply; not aware of the truth. After being rescued, Juliet wandered for many months before being taken in by a group of circus performers, who gave her a new home and a new family. However, not all was well. Juliet had undergone a major change that drastically warped her personality and her outlook on life. Not long after joining the circus, she heard rumors that her brother was alive and that he was now the Queen's guard dog. While Juliet was overjoyed with the news that her brother was alive; she made no attempt to contact him. She had changed so much that she feared that her brother would reject her. One day, the two siblings were unexpectedly reunited. How will Ciel feel about seeing his sister after all these years? Will Juliet reconnect with her once beloved brother? Or will Ciel reject his sister, when he finds out her biggest secret? Find out in "Quite the pair" _________________________________________ * I own nothing, but my OC's and plot. *All rights for art goes to the original creators. * All rights for the manga/anime Black butler goes to Yana Toboso. * Unlike most of my other stories, this one follows the plot for the third season. Well, for the most part. I've thrown in a few personal touches here and there. But because a substantial amount of this story will follow the "Noah's ark Circus" plot, I wanted to issue a a spoiler alert. I wouldn't recommend reading this unless you have seen the anime or read the manga. You've been warned. Also, there are mature themes and strong language ahead.
