Volume 3.5 / 6 (Current Version: Prototype - Version 1.0) (Status: In Production) This story/fanfiction is a 'what if scenario' within the Sci-Fi videogame series known as Halo and is based on the legendary and hyper-lethal Noble 6/Spartan B-312 and his outcome after the end of Halo Reach, essentially surviving after the fall of the planet and his comrades that is Noble Team. (Canonically he is considered dead or MIA) In this story, it takes place after the events of Halo 3 going to Halo 4. Noble 6 and Echo 5 had left Reach mysteriously by ONI, and is reintegrated into the UNSC/ONI forces. After the Human/Covenant War had officially ended in 2553, the duo will be apart of a reactivated program by ONI, known as Project Freelancer. To help lead the way on the reconstruction efforts and safety throughout human territory. (And even go on convert missions against a resurfacing Insurrectionist movement and classified tests in the process as well.) The story is a 'reimagining' of Halo and is non-canon and is to be not taken seriously as this was an idea created back when I first played the games. The Ghosts of War is a prequel and pilot of my main series known as 'Halo Battle Buddies' and will lead up to the first book on where Halo Combat Evolved takes place. DISCLAIMOR: I do not own Halo and the intellectual property belongs to Bungie, Microsoft and 343 Industries. This is for fun, and not making any form of profit of this story. Throughout Serenity's training, she would befriend the legendary Spartan 2 known as Sierra-117/John-117 or the Master Chief and the crew of the renown naval ship known as the UNSC Pillar of Autumn along the way. However, during her training on Reach, her skills in the UNSC will come to the test, for when the Covenant invades the planet of Reach in 2552, as she was assigned to the UNSC Pillar of Autumn last minute as a pilot. Join the lieutenant on her journey in this long and bloody war as the mystery looms in Lieutenant Serenity McKnight's mind as her unorthodox journey will soon begin. What is this program? Why does it tie to her? Only one way to find out as her path will be of both friendship and anguish through the galaxy. Will she survive and live to reveal her family secrets? Or fall victim like so many before her in this bloody and long war against the Covenant.

It was over in Six's head. What he didn't realize was he wasn't. ONI had other plans for him, to invade a rouge project called Freelancer.

After completing his mission of delivering the AI to the pillar of Autumn, Noble six expected himself to die as he lived on reach, a lone wolf. what he didn't expect was to end up on a world similar to reach, fighting humanoid creatures and defending the humans on that planet against the threat with some very familiar faces. guess it was true what they say, spartans never die..... they're just missing in action.

Noble Six has lost everything, sacrificing his only way off of Reach to save the last hope for humanity. He is supposed to die in glorious gunfire, but what if he didn't? Doom Slayer is a being that possesses enough power that hell itself fears his name. Having awakened in UAC headquarters he is adamant on getting back to hell to finish what he started. But it's not hell that the argent portal sends him. Two legendary killers will meet on the battlefield, altering the path both were destined to follow. Now both worlds begin to collide in a massive amount of blood and bullets. Friends will be made, enemies will be slain, and things will never be the same.

the last days of reach, humanity is gone, either escaped from the destruction brought down on them or killed by the hands of the covenant, now the last Sparten, the lone wolf, noble six, while attempting to escape the planet. while fighting aboard a covenant troop carrier, the Sparten and a single Elite are transported by a slip space jump, into another world, another universe. a small village is under attack, the nether is unstoppable, no one left to fight them leaving the few people they to run, until hope arrives in form of noble 6. can the last sparten save them, bring a stop to the attack or will she die outnumbered and alone.

Pyrrha is stuck on a planet in a war that isn't her own, but she doesn't care because she is a huntress in training, and she will protect everyone she can.
