Harlow walked down the stairs that led to the dining room cautiously, not wanting to trip and break her ankle. As she neared the room she could hear Luther, her father conversing happily with a man. She stood outside the large doors that lead to the dining room nervously. She hated wearing dresses and heals. She also hated the fact she would have to smile and make fake small talk. She straightened her posture and prepared to open the doors. No matter what she could've done it wouldn't have prepared her for what happened next.

This is my personal story about my experience of facing life and experiencing the daily struggles of anxiety. I want to be able to share my stories and experiences and to help out others who may be going through the same thing I am. I am no doctor or fancy psychologist but these are ways I have been able to cope and face life with this mental illness and maybe some of my tricks could even help you or someone you may know through some tough times.

Life asks us a billion questions and sometimes we don't know the answer. Things change all the time and there is no way to keep up with it all. This book is dedicated to letting everyone know that it okay to not know. Please don't take anything personally, this book contains a lot of unfiltered thoughts. Enjoy :)
