Misty Waterflower gets an invite to the Slateport Sea Festival in Hoenn, but she learns that Suicune is being abused for a contest and needs to help it. With the help of her shiny Noctowl and her Milotic she tries winning the contest, but when she does, Suicune hates her because she's human. She wants to get it out of its shell, but learns it'll be harder than she thought it would be.
