In the southern nation of Hemlock, the controlled masses known as "Victims" are refused simple rights known to American in the past such as the rights to love freely, speak your mind, or freedom of religion. The Deceivers are working to control the population and keep a constant state of war. The Infiltrators do the dirty work of the Deceivers. An everyday citizen, Blue, known in Hemlock as Subject 1116, has had enough of these rules and has decided he would rather live life as a fugitive participating in acts of love than to be a mindless pawn of the Deceivers of Hemlock. This is his story. Might not be completely accurate to the story but I'm trying my best here :(

The society of the Tynan Kingdom names everyone based on traits of the individual, thus the names are not given till their 6th birthdays. The name is subject to change until they are 14 years old. The story begins when a little girl shows up in the kingdom, slightly tan and having freckles... something that can only happen when in contact with sunlight. How is it that she's not dead? That's what Darcy and her best friend Laverick want to know, and they'll do anything to find out... even perhaps risk their lives.

Ternyata memang seperti itulah awal kehidupan. Kita lahir di dunia tanpa mengenai apa-apa. Tanpa tahu siapa kita, kita hidup dari lingkungan seperti apa, seperti apa kondisi dan diri kita, kira-kira kita dilahirkan pada lokasi yang seperti apa. Kita baru akan mengetahuinya setelah kita menjalani hidup selama mungkin 8 tahun atau 10 tahun kemudian. Dalam cerita gue ini akan ada banyak kisah yang akan gue sampaikan.
