Simple steps. Everything can be broken down into simple steps. At least, that's what Noel Gruber believed. everything was done in the simplest way to achieve something beautiful. Until he met Michsa, who just recently transferred to Saint Cassian High School with a music scholarship. Through that scholarship, he was instantly enrolled into the after-school choir, where he'd meet his new friends and potential lover. But neither of the two knew that life was going to become an emotional rollercoaster. Simple steps. Simple steps weren't something Penny, or Savannah was used too. She was used to the complicated messes she had help clean up, her difficult home life, and her dramatic best friend Noel. She feels as if everything gets simpler as she gets closer to Richard "Ricky" Potts. Ricky seems to feel the same, from his disability, to constantly being left out, or the fact he's in a choir when he can't sing, let alone talk. Ricky and Penny (or Savannah) start developing feelings for one another, and they knew they would be able to through anything this rollercoaster would put them through. Simple steps, that's how baking was for Constance Blackwood. But as her best friend, Ocean O'Connell Rosenburg, finally realizes that she was an asshole and starts to change. She wonders if her best friend can change, maybe she could too. The two friends have been through so much together, as they re-learn stuff about each other, Ocean and Constance find each other much closer than they were before. Maybe this rollercoaster isn't so bad. The entirety of the choir faces difficulty with their love life, personal life, and friendships. But their bonds are tighter than glue when they are all casted in a show, they prove that maybe this rollercoaster won't be bad. partially a chatfic because i can AU where the cyclone accident never happens to them WOAHH i'm really bad a writing, but i haven't seen many nischa fics so i'm finna make my own. if u read this thank u 🙏🙏

Inspired by the dark comedy musical "Ride the Cyclone" by Jacob Richmond and Brooke Maxwell. This story is about a group of 6 teenagers who die tragically in a rollercoaster accident. THIS STORY IS NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE, AND FEATURES MATURE THEMES.

I might add chapters to this? If it doesn't get enough attention, that's ok! I've never made a one-shots book before, I just wanted to try. Although, I would rather like for this book to get somewhat popular, I'll just delete this all someday.
